Description

About Hope Xchange Nonprofit

Our most vulnerable and high risk in the bipolar community, particularly our LGBTQIA+ and youth, are dying by suicide in not just staggering but heartbreaking numbers. Next year, more than 50,000 Americans will die of suicide. Half of them will have bipolar disorder. We are dedicated to changing this by healing with hope.

Hope Xchange is the only frontline nonprofit staffed by a volunteer team working in the trenches offering free crisis-intervention and mental-health management programs. We also advocate for those with any mental illness, ensuring access to treatment and life-sustaining support.

Our early intervention, compassion-driven programs reach those who are struggling with mental illness wherever and whenever they need us most. We've discovered lives can be saved and improved by fostering care and support through the practice of:

- connection void of judgement and utmost compassion,
- promotion of strength and empowerment by renewing life purpose, and
- through restoration of hope.
