Arbor Hospice is proud to offer an array of grief support services to our patients, families, and the community, which includes support groups during the Fall, Winter, and Spring.
We typically hold three evening groups (7pm - 8:30pm) and one day time group (1:30 - 3pm), each running for eight consecutive weeks.
Volunteers are needed to help set up the room (fill water pitchers, set out cups, pass out handouts and name tags) and welcome participants, to share insights/make connections, and lead the group in case of the staff members absence.
Volunteers are required to have a master’s level of education in counseling, psychology, or social work.
