ORGANIZATION: Women of Color on the Move

Women of Color on The Move is looking for a person to Lead as our Fundraiser Chair. This person would be in charge in helping board members raised money for the organization. The role in focus on the annual integrated process of development of fundraising. The Fundraiser chair would be in charge of determine the level of the organization readiness and external responsiveness. Develop a strategy to created and nurture a philanthropic culture for the organization. Help the board of directors to examine a validate the case of establishing priorities for a short, intermediate and long-term goal. Assist non-profit agency in raising additional operating funds or specific grants or monies to assist in the support of residential programs for Women, youth and Children.

We seek solutions to our nation’s health and economic crisis’ proactively and in real time.

We seek to engage women as informed and active agents in the political arena to affect legislation, policy and our lives.

We aspire to make our voices resonant, respected and effective as we speak to the challenges that confront us individually and collectively.

We pledge to share information to be knowledgeable advocates, and to embrace each other in our myriad journey of growth and self-improvement
