ORGANIZATION: Best Friends Animal Society

Free Fix L.A. is one of Best Friends Animal Society’s cat initiatives. The program focuses on the trap-neuter-return (TNR) of community cats in the San Fernando Valley. Free Fix L.A. humanely and effectively reduces the number of cats living on our streets.

This position involves maintaining and cleaning the community cat room, as well as cleaning, feeding and caring for friendly and feral cats in traps that are recovering from surgery. We’d also like your help restocking the community cat rooms with cat food, litter boxes, newspaper, water, trap covers and towels, as well as washing and drying trap covers.

This position is an ongoing opportunity available Thursdays 3:30-5:30 pm.
