Monthly Handcycling Clinic
ORGANIZATION: Triumph Foundation
Please visit the new page to apply.
Triumph Foundation is reaching out for support of one of our sports programs. Triumph Foundation provides the opportunity for people with spinal cord injuries (SCI) to get outdoors and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. We provide various models of handcycles and the instruction to learn about the sport of handcycling.
Each month, we bring our "stable" out to a park in various locations around southern California and set up camp, so to speak. Our events are from 9:00am to 2:00pm but volunteers are requested to be there between 8:30am and 3:00pm, but not required to be there for the entire time.
We are looking for those who are willing to help spread the fun. No cycling experience is necessary, but always welcome.
