This is a great activity for the holidays! Below are the remaining 4 NorthPoint Toys for Tots Registration dates when we are in need one or two more volunteers. The pair of volunteers will use our database and laptop in our lobby and register the first 350 families (with children ages 3-12 years old) through their parent/guardian. When the parent returns to pick up their toys in December, they are required to provide State ID or a piece of mail that includes their name and address. A postcard is mailed to these families to confirm they are signed up for the program this year.

Description
NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center is a comprehensive health and human services agency located in the heart of North Minneapolis. NorthPoint is comprised of two organizations: a community services nonprofit with a broad array of social and human services (NorthPoint Inc.); and a full service community health center (NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center) that includes medical, dental and behavioral health clinics. NorthPoint seeks to reduce health disparities, improve health outcomes, and enhance the overall quality of life for all residents of North Minneapolis by providing high quality medical, dental and behavioral health care, along with integrated social services such as its food shelf, housing resources and domestic violence services -- with respect, dignity and sensitivity to a culturally rich and ethnically diverse community.
