We envision NorthPoint Health and Wellness Center as a highly desirable place for healthcare: Where people of all traditions receive culturally-appropriate human services and clinical health care. Where best practices of prevention, primary care, and complimentary care are infused into an integrated health and human services approach. Where an emphasis on teaching and supporting healthy lifestyle choices weaves NorthPoint into the total fabric of the community. Health education, proper nutrition, and self-reliance are promoted in appealing ways. Service expands beyond the original facility walls and is provided to teens, and single adults, as well as to families. Where the welcoming and caring atmosphere created by the professional health care staff, clinic staff, and human services staff and volunteers exceed patient and client expectations for expertise and adaptability.
