Volunteers of America Northern Colorado Services

Hands

Help our senior community by becoming a Meals on Wheels driver!

Volunteers are needed to deliver meals to home bound seniors in Fort Collins. Help provide nutritious frozen meals to the seniors in our community! Not only are volunteers getting food to those in need, you are offering an added check-in and friendly face to those in need.

Delivery takes 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours once a week (M-F). Volunteers arrive at our office (405 Canyon, Fort Collins) between 10am-12pm to pick up frozen meal boxes and then deliver them to clients between 11am-1pm. Volunteers complete the same route each week and often develop meaningful friendships with the seniors they deliver to.

Wanting a more flexible volunteer position? Substitute drivers to fill in as needed!
