Blood Bag Crew

If you prefer to work behind the scenes at Oklahoma Blood Institute, our Donor Services team could use your help!

Tasks: label empty blood bags according to Donor Services’ Standard Operating Procedure (for use system-wide); properly record and document Donor Identification Numbers (DIN) on a numbering bag log.

Requires: ability to sit for a minimum of 3-4 hours in a comfortable setting; good vision and finger dexterity; professional appearance. Blood Bag Crew volunteers are asked to commit to a 3-4 hour shift every week or every other week

Training: All training will be provided locally.

This is a great opportunity for business, church or commmunity groups to volunteer!
