1. Publicity & Marketing- develop & implement plan to raise awareness about our event in communities
2. Food & Beverage - based on the decision of the committee, solicit, manage any food, beverage and/or vendors at the event for participants and committee members, etc.
3. Volunteer Coordinator - help recruit, train and manage the day of event volunteers.
4. Accounting - this person will verify, batch and deposit funds received prior and during the event.
5. Team Mentor - Someone to welcome our new teams and welcome back our returning teams to the event. Make sure they have the information and resources they need to be successful in fundraising. We have everything they will need for the position. This can be done over the phone!
