Community outreach manager Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to build strategic relationships, conduct a variety of outreach activities, and recruit and retain volunteers for all of our programs.

Job duties:

• Create and implement annual outreach plan.
• Reaches out into the community to draw in participants from across the diverse community
• Work with staff to develop marketing plans to recruit new volunteers and clients in line with organizational objectives
• Attend relevant community meetings; participate in relevant councils, roundtables and committees
• Maintain relationships with collaborative partners and cultivate new ones.
• Maintain existing and seek out new relationships
• Follow up with potential partner in a timely manner.
