Volunteers needed for a native planting and cleanup event along Hubbs Trail. Hubbs Trail is a 1/2 mile hiking/biking trail managed and maintanined by Agua Hedionda Lagoon Faoundation. This is the only opportunity our native plants will have to take advantage of the rainy season, so we would love your help! Along with planting various types of drought-tolerant natives, we'll be picking up trash, fixing trail erosion, and painting various structures. This is a great way to earn community service hours while giving back to the environment.
AHLF will provide tools, gloves, water, and snacks. Plese wear comfortable clothes, close-toed shoes, and plenty of sunscreen.
All ages welcome. Volunteers under the age of 18: please inquire about a waiver in your responce.
