LEARN is looking for professional volunteers to assist us with our LEARNer Program. The LEARNer Program helps local teens gain paid work experience and life skills they need for college and the workforce by providing workshops on job training, resume-building, interview skills and career & college knowledge.

Our team at LEARN is looking for volunteers to present at our Career Preparation Workshop. We would like individuals who are interested in advising local high school and first year college students on how to format and create a resume and cover letter and go over ways to prepare for an interview.

  • Create and Edit Resume and Cover Letters
  • Go over Interview Ettiquete
  • Common Interview Questions
  • Review different types of interviews

Emmy Doo’s is designed to facilitate the professional and personal growth of the student by placing them in a small-business setting that will give "rigorous and meaningful instruction with applicable connections to the real world," as our organizational core values state.
