LEARN specializes in College Access & Awareness, Academic Assistance & Enrichment Resources, Parent Education & Involvement, Student Leadership Development, Organized Recreational & Sports League.

LEARN's social enterprise venture, Emmy Doo's Ice Cream Shop encompasses the goals and mission of LEARN and provides its participants with opportunities to develop self-understanding, life skills, college knowledge, and business acumen to prepare themselvess to serve as leaders in thier familes and communities. Emmy Doo’s is designed to facilitate the professional and personal growth of the student by placing them in a small-business setting that will give "rigorous and meaningful instruction with applicable connections to the real world," as our organizational core values state.
