Birding Trail Maintenance
Blackberry, scotchbroom, and other invasive plants are encroaching on our Middle Fork Path birding trail and the surrounding native habitat. Help us open up this trail so our patrons can experience all that our natural areas have to offer. Volunteers will be shuttled from the parking area at Clearwater Park, down the Middle Fork Path, to the work site. There we will be clearing the trail using loppers, shovels, and weed wrenches.
Willamalane will provide gloves, tools and water. Please wear weather appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes.
Send me an email and let me know you are coming.
