Currently, at VolunteerMatch, we have several bugs and process issues with our current Salesforce set up. We need an expert to meet with us and help us determine what to do with the platform. It's a bit cumbersome, hard to manage, and it's difficult to access accurate information from the database. We are looking for someone to work with senior leaders to:
- Research the issues and challenges, with the various stakeholders that are currently using Salesforce.com
- Determine strategy and plan for solving the issues and challenges of SF
- Present the plan to our VP of Sales, Business Development and the Director of Marketing and Engagement to resolve the current challenges
If you are a Salesforce expert and have experience working with cross-functional teams you may be the volunteer that VolunteerMatch needs!
