ORGANIZATION: BirchBark Foundation

  • 1 person is interested

BirchBark 911 is a fun-filled, educational day with a focus on pet health, first responders and emergency life-saving techniques. Regional fire and police departments, as well as, search & rescue units from across the state will be providing demonstrations at this annual fundraising event. Families, friends, and well-behaved dogs will be in attendance to participate in the fun with music, games, prizes and silent auctions taking place throughout the day.

We need volunteers to help us make this a great day for everybody, including our attendees, exhibitors, vendors and four-legged friends!

We have a variety of opportunities available for volunteers to ensure our success. Some duties include: setup of tables, chairs, tents, and banners; setup of silent auction items; directing traffic and assisting with parking; setup of dog games; cleanup activities; photography; social media blasts, and more.

Shifts can begin as early as 7:00 am and end at 4:00 pm. Join us for an hour or two or stay for the whole event. If you can provide the time, we will have a task for you that will help us continue to achieve our mission to save lives and keep families together!
