Description:
We are looking for motivated and committed individuals to join our volunteer-driven Project Management Office Team.

Job Purpose: The Program Lead for Quality and Relationship is responsible for implementing strong program management practices and client engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • The Program lead for Quality and Relationships will report directly to the Director, Program Management Office of CLASS consulting group.

  • Ensure that Program Quality related KPI’s are available for all relevant parties and prepare and escalate identified risks appropriately.

  • Protect and support the program by focusing on Quality target achievement, risk assessments and derived convergence activities

  • The Q&P leader will be responsible to lead the creation/revision of operational reference standards and the associated training plans which will facilitate implementation of new business process across all of CLASS internal teams and to reduce business risks

  • W ill work to identify areas for improvement from audits/quality reviews.

  • Build appropriate interfaces with cross functional departments and participates in cross-departmental best practice working groups for process development / optimization

  • Generate performance metrics and dashboards for status of inspection readiness reporting elements to management on a monthly basis or as needed. Continuously monitor and identify and implement improvements to the process

  • Use the performance management process as a valuable tool for supporting employee development and improvement.

Experience:

Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 3 + years of experience in the field.

Requirements:

Specific Requirements (Skills and Abilities):

  • Willingness to take initiatives.

  • Strong program management skills. Candidates with PMP will be preferred.

  • Excellent in communication and presentation.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
