Operations - HR Specialist
- Assist Human Resources with new hire processing, on-boarding and support.
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings / training sessions (if any).
- Responsible for updating and maintaining HR database.
- Responsible for building and fostering a good working relationship within the organization and across functions/teams.
- Managing volunteer exits.
- Act as a back up to the Human resources personnel in case any one of them is absent.
- Engage in volunteer performance evaluation.
