We are a non-profit Community Wellness Center expanding services (& moving into a new location) in the SE. Cedar Park / W. Round Rock area on September 1st. We are needing basic office / receptionist help: from answering phones (which won't be often since we do our appts & payments online) to greeting clients & asking who they're here to see, keeping the facility tidy (making sure water pitchers are full, coffee made), occasionally make appointments for clients if they request it (done thru our software, so basic computer knowledge is preferred), etc. We are willing to pay a stipend for your gas/travel.
We'd definitely want someone who is non-smoking nor wears heavy perfume/cologne due to us being a Health & Wellness center (alot of folks are sensitive to smells). We are a Christian-based organization.
We would like someone to volunteer for us as little as 7 or as much as 20 hours per week (we can split it between several people doing 1 day per week or more). This would be great for a stay-at-home parent (something to do while kids are at school), a college student (we offer internship credits/hours & will be a reference for your resume`), someone who has a flexible work schedule, or retired.
Our operation hours are: MWF, 10am-6pm & TuTh, 7am-4pm. Our biggest needed days are Mon & Weds (10am-6pm or less if necessary) for a receptionist volunteer, we can still use help on Tues & Thurs afternoons (12:30pm-4pm) too.

Mission Statement
Our community has an increasing number of chronic illnesses, stress, addictions, unhealthy habits / lifestyles, declining general health & quality of life. Merely prescribing a pill more often than not is putting a bandaid on the symptoms & not a longterm solution. We want to make it easy for anyone in our community to gain holistic / natural treatments to add to their current general medical care. Our ultimate goal should be healing, long-term health, utmost highest quality of life, longevity in living, teaching healthy habits, etc. Following a wellness treatment plan has shown statistically to improve if not directly heal most ailments or issues. Our services are below market rate & because of that we need volunteers as much as possible. We are also building-up a "financial aid" fund for those that have life-threatening conditions that cannot afford the longterm care which can add forward healing momentum & positive quality of life to their journey.
