At Crossroads Hospice, we believe that the end-of-life experience is a special one and our ultimate goal is to provide the greatest quality of life possible for our patients.
We are in need of volunteers in the Springfield and Dayton area.
Here are some ways you can make a difference as a volunteer:
- Reading/Story Telling
- Veteran to Veteran
- Life Journals
- Office & Administrative
- Pet Visitation
Volunteers do not administer medications or perform nursing duties
Here are the steps needed to become a volunteer at Crossroads Hospice:
1. Complete Volunteer Application
2. Complete a Background Check
3. Complete Volunteer Training
*all volunteers are also required to have current TB test (within last 6 months) as well as current Flu shot (during Flu season)
