Each month Kaiser Permanante, Roseville holds an information meeting for anyone interested in hearing about our volunteer services, the types of services, and the requirements. There are over 20 types of services at four different locations including Roseville, Lincoln and Folsom. This one hour meeting answers all questions and applications to join are only available there. For information on the next meeting, email us at kp-volunteer-roseville@kp.org, and you will be invited to the next session.
Volunteers must be over 18 and out of high school, and be willing to commit to serve for one year.

Description
The Volunteer Services Department is an integral partner in achieving member satisfaction. Volunteers are dedicated to providing caring and compassionate assistance to our members, guests and staff.
The purpose of the Volunteer Services Department is to provide supplementary, complementary, and support services to our health plan members, their families and visitors, and to the Kaiser Permanente staff. In addition, our objective is to provide an opportunity for individuals to volunteer their services in a community health care facility. The volunteer program is designed to provide satisfaction for the volunteer, the health plan member, and his/her family.
The Volunteer Services Department seeks to coordinate all segments of volunteer activity to support the goals of other departments. Our primary concerns are patient welfare and quality care. The department participates in patient service activities and programs which are compatible with the policies of the medical facilities.
