Are you an experienced survey writer or want to learn the process? Abilities United is looking for someone who can help us create surveys using SurveyMonkey to improve our interactions with our participant families and gauge their service satisfaction.
The survey writer must:
- Have experience with quantitative research
- Write effective survey questions using online tools such as SurveyMonkey
- Be able to review and provide feedback on wording, order of questions, types of questions, etc in relation to research questions provided by program/department staff
- Analyze results and give feedback on results.
Generate survey reports and summary for management. Hours:ongoing 5-10 hrs per week initially.

Description
For nearly a century, AbilityPath (formerly Gatepath and Abilities United) has been "Turning Disabilities Into Possibilities". As one of the premier nonprofits in Silicon Valley, we provide inclusive programs for people with special needs at all stages and ages. These programs enable Gatepath to create opportunities of greater independence for children, youth, and adults with special needs and disabilities, empowering both individuals and families through diverse, individualized education and support services. Our dedicated staff encourages physical, developmental, and social well-being at all levels, including early intervention and therapy for children, inclusive preschools, support services for families, social communication programs for youth, vocational training for adults, and employment placement.
