Accentcare Hospice is seeking Reiki practitioners to join our Volunteer Program. This is a meaningful opportunity to connect with patients in the greater Denver area that could benefit from a volunteer to provide Reiki therapy, and to connect with other volunteers providing Reiki therapy.
The ideal volunteer candidate should be a trained Reiki therapist and be a patient and compassionate individual. Volunteers provide spiritual and physical healing to our patients. Hospice volunteers typically experience a great deal of satisfaction from their service and develop strong bonds with the patients they visit. Credit for community service is available as well as valuable experiences and contacts in the healthcare industry. Volunteer training is provided as well as ongoing support and education opportunities to be sure you feel ready and equipped to help our patients.
