Print Collateral Subcommittee Lead

ChickTech is looking for an experienced marketing / development professional with experience producing print collateral to oversee the creation of printed outreach materials to promote ChickTech’s efforts to increase and retain women in tech and diversify the tech workforce. This is a leadership position responsible for the creation and dissemination of brochures and other handouts necessary to raise awareness about the organization at strategic locations and at events.

The print lead will be a member of the ChickTech marketing committee.

Subcommittee tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Identifying materials that need to be created

• Creating new materials and updating current ones

• Ordering materials

• Distribution to chapters as needed

• Identifying distribution opportunities

• Recruiting and managing team members to support ChickTech print collateral needs (writer, graphic designer, logistics etc.)

• Representing the subcommittee at monthly marketing committee meetings (subcommittee lead)

Desired qualifications:

• Experience creating and preparing print collateral

• Graphic design expertise

• Intermediate to expert mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (will be provided if needed)

• Volunteer and/or volunteer management experience

Estimated time commitment: 15 - 20 hours a month
