Join the Home Repair team at the Coalition for Compassion and Justice!
As an intake volunteer, you would be responsible for verifying the income and inspecting the homes of our home repair clients to determine what repairs need to be done.
For this position, a background in social services, or experience dealing readily and compassionately with many different people is preferred. Times and hours depend on how many projects are available. Currently we have nearly 30 projects lined up!
Last year, the CCJ Home Repair team repaired 101 homes for low-income homeowners in Yavapai County.
CCJ Home Repair is dedicated to preventing homelessness among our elderly and disabled neighbors by providing repairs to help them live safely in their own homes. We couldn't do this without the dedicated, enthusiastic and active support of our team of volunteers!
