Are you looking for an outstanding volunteer opportunity with the BC Cancer Foundation.
The Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting the BC Cancer Foundation is a unique, two-day cycling event from Vancouver to Seattle taking place on August 26th - 27th, 2017. The event unites thousands of individuals who have been touched by cancer, or want to make a difference. Since it's inception in 2009, the Ride has raised over $60 Million for the BC Cancer Foundation.
We are looking for experienced drivers who hold a class 5 drivers license who would be comfortable driving one of our 15' cube trucks. If you have always dreamed of being a truck driver for a weekend, this job is for you.
Crew are with us for 2 days and receive the same amenities as riders; including: food, transportation, tent accommodation and an unforgettable experience.

They Ride in hope, to commemorate life, to honor lives lost, to celebrate survival, and to contribute to finding a cure.
Description
The Ride to Conquer Cancer is a unique two day bike ride from Vancouver to Seattle happening on August 29th - 30th 2015. All funds raised in the event benefit cancer research, treatment and education programs. On Saturday, August 29th th Participants in the event ride from Vancouver to Mount Vernon. They finish the first day at The Ride to Conquer Cancer Camp at in Mount Vernon. On Sunday August 30th Participants ride from Mt. Vernon to Redmond, WA.
We are currently looking for volunteers to help us with set-up, take-down and cheering participants on at our finishing location in Redmond, WA as well as Tent Volunteers to help with set-up and take-down at our camp in Mt. Vernon.
All volunteers will receive reference letters for the hours they work, snacks and drinks on event and a Ride to Conquer Cancer t-shirt. This event is truly an inspiring event benefitting a great cause.
