These individuals will play a critical role in providing leadership in the development and execution of external and internal/employee communications strategies and setting the tone of all messages, assuring the content is consistent with our corporate image. Key to the development of the strategies, goals, objectives and tactics our CMs will help define and refine all communications across a broad network of organizations including interfacing with media relations. Objectives and requirements include: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Ability to quickly adapt to new environments. Strategic planning - Ability to mobilize resources. Highly organized and fully accountable - Quick grasp of legal policies. Working knowledge of environmental, animal rights and civil rights issues along with their political implications. Communications team player with the ability to support numerous activist organizations. Ability to interface with media and news department managers to create highly targeted and seamless communications. Researching and writing and securing approval for news releases that are well supported with background material. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with relevant key trade and business contacts. Create both print and electronic communication as appropriate to ensure favorable, ongoing exposure for assigned topics. Help develop appropriate media interest around activities of Earth Media Network and its key executives. Enhance and implement a strategic internal communications process (messaging/content strategy, internal branding, change communications, values alignment) to foster mission success. The Environmental Community is the membership organization for a unique green platform. The TEC mission is to create environmental, health and social change. TEC member organizations combine education, entertainment and advocacy acting as a gateway for activism. Like-minded groups and individuals will be united creating comprehensive solutions. The Environmental Education Center will provide Green Pathway along with other training programs. Collectively the TEC member organizations will enlighten the public and change how people live. Everything from the products people buy to the food that they eat. The primary mission is to work on saving Earth and humanity. With this in mind we are asking all individuals and companies to lend us your full support. Together we can create the changes that are needed to save humanity. The Environmental Community (TEC) represents environmental, health and green tech platforms. With 45 member organizations TEC is positioned to advance change. This green collective with its numerous portals and networks will accelerate change.
