ServiceWorks is a groundbreaking national program that uses volunteer service as a strategy to
help 25,000 underserved youth and young adults (16 to 24) develop the skills they need to
prepare for greater college and career success. This is a 1year opportunity that includes a
living stipend and benefits.
VISTA’s will develop and implement a youth service and employability training
program to provide professional development, networking, and project management
skills, ultimately increasing 21st century skills that will lead to career or college
tracks for young adults (16‐24 year‐olds) participating in the program. VISTAs will
also recruit and train volunteers to support training provision, mentorship and
long‐term program sustainability.
VISTA’s will support this initiative in 3 key roles:
Training and Development, Service Project Development, and Recruitment and Outreach.

Description
Who we are | PARTI Program is a 501c3 non-profit that promotes youth development and social emotional well-being. Every day we work to change the lives of youth who suffer from bullying, depression, violent lifestyles, unhealthy relationships, and unstable families. Since 2000, we have served over 18,000 youth, expanding our reach to serve youth in Santa Clara County, San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles, California. We have co-created stop the violence and anti-bullying campaigns with young people from middle school through college, in order for youth to feel safe, supported, and connected to opportunity.
