Under general supervision, create and maintain the accounting records for a small nonprofit (<$100,000 in revenue per year) using the QuickBooks Online applications. Reconcile all accounts as needed. Interface with outside accounting experts such as tax CPA and auditors. Assist the Directors and Treasurer in running and customizing reports that provide nonprofit analysis and results. Create donor statements. Previous experience with bookkeeping in QuickBooks is a must.
