As a Hybrid Mobile App developer you will work with a team of developers, a Mobile App Dev Lead, Agile Project Manager, UX experts to build a new Patient-centric Mobile App for Rare Genomics.

Job Description:

  • The primary responsibility of our Hybrid Mobile Developer is to develop utility and functionality using Xcode, Ionic, JQuery, PhoneGap.

  • Design application and architecture

  • Test application performance. Test application and report issues with senior Staff.

  • Responsible for migrating the applications into a production environment

  • File management as well as assist in project documentation and code review from other team members.

Mobile development experience:

  • Experience with hybrid tools\frameworks\API’s such as PhoneGap, Ionic, jQuery Mobile, Dojo Mobile, Cordova, etc.

  • Experience developing mobile applications for iOS (Swift or Objective C) and / or Android

  • Experience having deployed developed apps to Google Play or Apple App Store

  • Familiarity with one or more beta app framework such as TestFlight, HockeyApp, Google Play Beta, AppBlade, Appaloosa, etc.

  • Commitment to Rare Genomics values of attitude, commitment, and excellence

  • Ideal Candidate would have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or science-related field or equivalent experience.
