At Hope Works! Education and Enrichment Center, we provide youth services, parenting/ adult education, workforce development, and health/ wellness classes. HWEEC is a community center located in a low income housing complex (Cherry Orchard) and is only open for the residents of Cherry Orchard.

Grandma's House of Hope is looking for motivated, responsible volunteers to commit to a weekly schedule at our Hope Works! center. This internship will involve mentoring and tutoring children and assisting the Program Manager in the daily operations required to run this facility. These tasks include some administrative projects, field trips, food preparation, etc.

Hope Works! operates Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM -6:00 PM. Volunteers are mainly needed from 3-6 each day. You can commit to 1 or up to 5 afternoons/week! We do ask for a minimum 4 month committment.
