Are you thinking about going into a career in social work? Did you know the Senior population is one of the fastest growing populations in the US? Come volunteer with us and gain critical and helpful experience for your social work career path!

Volunteers can sign up for any requests that appeal to them and can schedule with clients for days and times that work for both parties. Though there certainly opportunities near your work, home, or school, the further you are willing to travel, the more individuals you will get to meet!

• Phone check-in
• Minor home repairs
• Office Support

Volunteer Services, a program of Catholic Community Services, assists low-income older adults and adults living with disabilities. Volunteers can provide assistance with light housecleaning, transportation, grocery shopping, home repair, and yard care. With a little help from volunteers, clients can continue to live independently in their homes.

Due to the vulnerable population we serve, volunteers must complete an application form, pass a Washington State Patrol check and attend an orientation.
