Family Eldercare's Lifetime Connections Without Walls program offers group activities via a conference call to homebound seniors in the community. We are seeking a volunteer to facilitate a short coffee talk session once a week on Monday mornings from 10:30-11 AM. Share trivia, stories, or life updates with a group of engaging older adults. This is a remote position and needs access to a reliable phone, internet provider and computer. Basic background check is required (volunteer will need Texas Driver's License for check.) Training and Support is provided.

Description
Family Eldercare is a nonprofit agency that has been providing services to older adults, people with disabilities, and their caregivers in the Austin, Texas area since 1982. Programs and services include: housing and stability, in-home counseling, guardianship, virtual activities for isolated older adults, service coordination, and our annual summer fan drive.
