Mechanical Engineer for Sustainable HVAC Design
* 5+ years industry experience required
* Licensing in our state is not necessary, this is not for a final stamped review, that will come later and be done by someone else
* LEED Experience is helpful but not required

What is the project?
We are seeking help finishing the HVAC design for this City Center structure: https://www.onecommunityglobal.org/duplicable-city-center
Here are the specifics of what is still needing to be completed:
- Review root cellar FEA results being done by someone else
- Research (or already know) how to model Social Dome with indoor/outdoor pool
- Calculate Heating Load
- Incorporate FEA’s impact on kitchen above
- Incorporate Social Dome’s pool
- Ensure low wattage lighting is entered correctly
- Design ventilation for Social Dome with pool
- Design heating and air conditioning system - radiant flooring + ??
- Design ventilation system - dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) with energy recovery has been recommended
- Data room temerature control design
Who are you?
You are a licensed mechanical engineer with at least 5 years industry experience and an interest and passion for sharing your knowledge and experience; co-creating positive change with our 100% volunteer team of like-minded people. You're likely a leader, a visionary, and someone who wants to make a difference in the world.
What are the HVAC Engineering Needs?
We are looking for your help 5-10 hours a week working closely with our Project Manager to review existing HVAC calculations and complete them based on your experience.
