Title: Grant Writer
Reports to: Development Director, Research and Compliance Director
Key Responsibilities:
Research relevant grants and potential funding sources
Stay abreast of current projects through communication with Project Coordinator, Development Director, and Board of Directors
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of organization's goals and financial needs
Coordinate with accounting to track financials
Conduct the full range of activities required to prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals to foundation and corporate sources.
Keep detailed records to track proposals
Comply with all grant reporting as required by foundation/corporate donors.
Certification a plus
Prefer individuals with previous grant writing experience
