Heartland Hospice is currently looking for Veteran Volunteers to help us Honor Veteran patients that come onto our service. We have the privilege to care for many Veteran patients and we would like to Honor them and their service to our country with a Pinning ceremony. This would entail Presenting each veteran patient with a pin, a certificate and thanking them for their service. Patients and families truly appreciate this gesture, as each patient has a terminal illness with a 6 month or less life expectancy. Please help us Honor these Veterans, this may be one of the last times they can be thanked!
