Mentor's R Us Inc is a Non Profit organization seeking to inspire youth and adults by modeling sustainable life skills. We are seeking dedicated people to become apart of our family as we grow in the Poconos.

YOU will be responsible for:

The training of dedicated volunteers. Once volunteers are recruited, the Principal Trainer will work closely with these individuals to train,set goals, nurture, and help reward these volunteers.

• Travel to select locations to meet new volunteers.

• Work with Enrollment Coordinator on behalf of MRU

• Engage people and Speak in open forums for training purposes.

• Call various agencies and individuals on behalf of MRU.

• Work on molding Trainings with HR Coordinator

• Supply and collect documents necessary for trainings.

• Set up Training Facility/ and /or Presentations

• Work alongside MRU Personnel.

• Set goals in alignment with other Personnel for volunteers to accomplish

• Willingness to meet potential volunteers in public places.

• Respond to emails and voicemails within 24hour period of time.

• Valid PA driver’s license

• Motivated, self-starter

• Great interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency with the English language

• Clean background check

• Three professional references

• Possible Medical & Psychiatric clearances needed

• Proof of legal ablity to work in the United States

• Time Commitment: at least 15 Hours per week
