Seeking Auxiliary members to organize fundraising events to benefit patients

The Mission Hospice Auxiliary is a group of volunteers dedicated to raising funds for and increasing public awareness of the services provided by Mission Hospice & Home Care.
These committed women organize an annual fall gala, bridge tournament, and other special events that annually raise hundreds of thousands of dollars to support Mission Hospice patients.
In 2015, the Auxiliary was chosen by the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Silicon Valley Chapter as the "Outstanding Philanthropic Organization" of the year.
We are more than 35 women strong and are now seeking new members to join us for this fun and rewarding work. Volunteers meet monthly in San Mateo and in smaller groups for event planning and other fundraising activities.
If you have - or are looking to gain - experience in event planning and fundraising, this is the group for you.
