We are actively seeking veterans who want to support veterans and their families during their end of life hospice journey. Companions share stories, engage in activities together and can participate in special veteran recognition ceremonies. No experience necessary- we provide the training, you provide the commitment and desire to make a difference. Visits are flexible based on your schedule and the patient's needs. Serious inquiries only. Must pass a background check, and drug screen and TB test.

Description
We are a local hospice that supports patients and their families in the Denver area and Castle Rock communities. Our volunteers provide companionship visits, playing or listening to music the patient enjoys, reading to the patient, writing letters for patients, doing life review, providing Veteran-to-Veteran visits, Veteran pinning ceremonies, bad dad jokes, Reiki, Legacy Projects, etc., etc. Have a talent you'd like to share with a hospice patient?
