The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's is the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide and 7 locations in the National Capital Area Chapter region, this inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to reclaim the future for millions. Volunteers are needed to be part of the walk committee to help, from start to finish, with the planning and execution of these fun and important fundraising events! Activities include team recruitment and retention, logistics planning, sponsorship outreach, and marketing and promotion. May include virtual and in-office work and in-person meetings, but times are flexible.
