The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall operations involved with the therapeutic horsemanship program including establishing policies, increasing community awareness, and fundraising. We are looking for board members who believe in our mission and are willing to be active in moving Three Gaits forward. This is both a challenging and exciting time for Three Gaits. Demand for our services continues to grow, we have great volunteer support and we’re becoming stronger financially. But we want to manage the growth effectively as we continue our tradition of providing high quality services for our clients. While we do ask that our board members play an active role, we also want to develop a supportive environment that works as a team. We hope to offer an opportunity for our members to learn and grow with the organization. Three Gaits mission statement is:
" Three Gaits, Inc., is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization whose mission is to provide equine-assisted activities and therapies that enhance the lives of people with physical, emotional, and/or intellectual challenges.
