Three Gaits is located on a 20 acre farm about 15 minutes south of Madison, WI - about half way between Stoughton & Oregon, WI. Our specially trained program horses, hundreds of volunteers, and a small group of staff members provide participants of all ages the opportunity to extend therapy, special education, and interpersonal skill development through individual and group lessons and meaningful horsemanship experiences. Group and private recreational equine riding, as well as occupational and physical therapy that incorporate horses (& their movement) into the therapy sessions are held year round.

Three Gaits has been a Premier Accredited Center with the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH) since 2002. Our riding instructors are certified through PATH and our programs carefully follow the safety standards and quality controls established by PATH.
