At Cake4Kids we bake and deliver birthday cakes to foster children and at risk youth. We aim to raise their self-esteem with this seemingly simpe gift on their special day. We support all sorts of agencies in our communty - homeless, human trafficking, domestic violence, transitional housing, etc.
If you like to bake and decorate cakes, you would love you to volunteer with Cake4Kids. We don't have any minimum commitments - you can bake 1 cake or 20 cakes a year...it's up to you. It's fun and rewarding and truly the "sweetest" volunteer opportunity you can participate in. After all - who doesn't love birthday cake?
Please note we are only in Northern California so only need volunteers in that region.
Please note: We are very serious about the quality of the cakes we bake for the children we serve. For that reason, if a child would like to volunteer, they must be at least 16. We also require a proof of age and will ask to see proof at the orientation session. If under 18 years of age, please supply parent/guardian's name, email and phone number, and their driver's license and insurance details.
Help us deliver more smiles to children in need - one birthday cake at a time.
We'll work with your schedule.
