We are a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization helping children wtih cancer through the therapeutic form of the arts.
We are currently seeking an Arts Fair Volunteer Coordinator.
What this position entails is a lengthy term with the organization. From January until September you will be emailing, researching, using phone calls, to get AFB a space, to receive vendors for the organization for this event, work with the Programs Director and see which children are able to perform for the event.
Work on attracting people to our event and showing them what we did last year and how this year will be a tremendous success as well. We only deal with vegan vendors so the opportunity to seek out these vendors should start asap. This individual must be great conversationally and much have perfect email etiquette.
This individual has to have enthusiasm and enjoys doing what they love, and insipres others in many ways to feel special. This individual has a passion for arts.
