Volunteer Services (VS) provides free personalized transportation services to frail low income elderly who can no longer drive, or use public/community transportation.
There are elderly in the community lacking the stable foundation and support system needed for sustainment. Our program is unique in that all services provided are free, with no membership fees or obligations.
By joining our core of Volunteer Drivers, you can pick rides that work with your schedule. VS offers mileage reimbursement, volunteer’s insurance (available for accidents and liability incidents), social gatherings with peers, and great support from program staff.
