Truck Driver for LSS-SW Food Pantry

Are you an early riser who wants to tangibly see food delivered to those in need? Do you own a truck and live near Mesa? Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest (LSS-SW) is in need of a volunteer driver Tuesday mornings at 7am. Food needs to be picked up from United Food Bank (245 S. Nina Drive, Mesa) and delivered to the LSS-SW Partners in Caring Food Pantry at First Evangelical Church (142 N. Date Street, Mesa). No need to do any heavy lifting. There will be individuals on both ends to load and unload your truck. Your volunteer service will provide food for hungry individuals and families experiencing some bumps in life. We would love to have you join LSS-SW in showing kindness, doing justice and serving those in need.
