Mission - FMA collaborates with Decker & Associates, publisher, to engage young adult students in goal setting, financial education, career discovery and postsecondary education through Texas Education Agency approved advanced math and personal finance "Real Life" courses. Volunteers may be assigned projects to achieve a mission of social and economic change.

Financial Mentors of America collaborates with Decker & Associates publisher to engage the community to support social and economic change through personal finance Real Life courses and help teachers apply a Thinking Instructional Methodology.

Lorraine Decker, co-author of the GAME received the FDIC Chairman's Award for Innovation in Financial Education and the 2012 Purpose Prize Award from Encore Organization.
