Garden volunteers will work in the ornamental and edible gardens or native plant orchard around the nature center at Lyman Woods.
Tasks may include:
1) watering
2) planting/sowing seed
3) weeding
4) mulching
5) composting
6) fertilizing

Description
William F. Sherman, Jr. Interpretive Center is the starting off point for exploration of Lyman Woods. The William F. Sherman, Jr. Interpretive Center is a green building exemplifying environmentally friendly building practices and technology. Lyman Woods is 150 acres of oak woods, prairie, and marsh habitats that supports over 300 species of native plants.
