Opportunities at Sharp Memorial Hospital and Mary Birch Hospital for Women & Newborns include: selling items for women & newborns in 3 upscale boutiques. Volunteers also receive a 15% discount.
Providing assistance to patients and visitors by escorting them to many different areas in the hospital as Guest Ambassadors. They also perform errands to assist staff and answer questions for visitors.
All volunteers receive a $6 meal credit in the cafeteria during their shift.
Volunteering is a great way to contribute to the community, meet new people and make a difference.

This designation is the "gold standard" for patient care and nursing excellence and it is the highest honor awarded by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
